Stuw attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy, we explain which data we collect, why we do so and how we handle it. This policy applies to all of Stuw’s services and to its website.

Why do we process your data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Performance of a contract: to deliver our services and to draw up invoices.
Legitimate interest: to improve our website and keep statistics.
Consent: to send you newsletters or commercial messages, only if you have given your consent to this.
Legal obligation: to comply with our accounting and tax obligations.
Retention period
We do not keep your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
Client data: for the duration of the collaboration and up to 7 years thereafter (statutory retention obligation).
Contact form: no longer than 12 months after the last contact.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Analytics data: no longer than 26 months.
Sharing with third parties
We only share your data with third parties when this is necessary for the provision of our services:
Hosting: Laravel VPS (servers in the EU)
Email: Google Workspace
Analytics: Google Analytics (anonymised, no data transfer outside the EU)
Company identification: Leadinfo (identifies business website visitors on the basis of their IP address, for B2B purposes)
We never sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
Right of access: you may request which data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: you may have inaccurate data corrected.
Right to erasure: you may ask us to erase your data.
Right to restriction: you may ask us to restrict the processing.
Right to data portability: you may request your data in a structured format.
Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data.
Right to withdraw consent: you may withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or theft. These include SSL encryption, secured servers and restricted access rights.
