Questions about web design.
How much does a custom website cost?
That mainly depends on the number of different page types, the functionality, and whether copywriting, photography and multiple languages are part of the job. A company site with a handful of templates is a different budget from a multilingual site with a project database and forms connected to your CRM.
We start with an analysis, followed by a quote with a fixed price per phase, so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs. For a smaller budget, there’s the starter website.
How long does it take to build a website?
A straightforward corporate site typically takes four to six weeks. More complex projects with custom functionality, animations or e-commerce can take eight to twelve weeks. The wireframe and design phases take the most time, but they prevent costly changes during the build.
Can we manage our website ourselves after launch?
Yes. We build on Statamic, a CMS that is both intuitive and powerful. After launch we walk you through everything, so you can update text, images and pages yourselves without any technical knowledge.
Do you also do SEO?
Every website we build has a sound technical SEO foundation: fast load times, a logical page structure, metadata, structured data, a sitemap and good Core Web Vitals. For a full strategy and ongoing optimisation, including for AI search engines, there’s SEO & GEO.
Do you have an option for a smaller budget?
Yes, our starter website. The same technical quality as our bespoke projects, with a shorter turnaround and a smaller price tag. Ideal for sole traders and small businesses that want a professional online presence quickly.
Why do you build in Statamic rather than WordPress?
Statamic is fast, secure and easy to find your way around. You don’t need dozens of plugins, each bringing its own updates and security risks, and the content lives in plain files under version control. Who takes care of hosting and maintenance after launch?
We do. Every site we build comes with a maintenance plan covering hosting, updates, backups, security and a point of contact if something goes wrong, for a fixed monthly fee. So there’s always someone keeping an eye on the site, and it stays fast and secure long after handover.
