Impact
Digital agency for organisations with a mission.
NGOs, non-profits, social enterprises, cooperatives and impact startups. Organisations that rarely have the biggest budgets and almost always have the strongest mission. We work differently for you, and we put that in writing here instead of hiding it in a quote.
A strong mission deserves more than a standard quote.
Most agencies charge a listed company and a non-profit with three staff the same hourly rate. That keeps the maths simple, but it means the organisations that most need a good story are the least likely to get one.
We see it differently. When we believe in what you do, we work out together how to get there: the price, the pace, and what really needs to come first. For us, people and purpose come before margins.
What that means in practice
Four ways we make room.
-
An adjusted rate
The same work, at a price that fits what the organisation can carry. We tell you upfront what we’ll do and why it costs what it does, so there are no surprises afterwards. Nobody gains from selling an engagement that stalls halfway.
-
Staggered payments
Many impact organisations run on grants, project funding or donations that arrive in instalments. We can match our invoicing to that, instead of the other way round. Tell us what your cash flow looks like and we’ll build the schedule around it.
-
Starting on trust
Sometimes the funding isn’t secured yet while the deadline already is. In that case we can start before everything is on paper, on the basis of trust. We don’t do that blindly or every time, but we’re always willing to talk about it.
-
Thinking beyond the brief
If we see that the website isn’t your biggest problem, we’ll tell you. Even if that means we earn less from it. An honest analysis will do more for you than a service that sells well.
Who it’s for
Does this sound like you?
NGOs and non-profits
Organisations that need public support, donors or volunteers, and depend on how well their story comes across to get them. We sharpen that story and make sure it reaches the right people.
Social enterprises
Companies with a business model and a social purpose, and both have to add up. The challenge is usually the same: coming across as professional enough to be taken seriously without watering down the mission.
Cooperatives
Convincing members, informing shareholders, attracting new co-op members. Three different audiences served through the same brand and the same website, each with their own questions.
Impact startups and scale-ups
A product that solves something that truly matters, and a market that has yet to discover it. Positioning, brand and growth tackled at the same time, at the pace the funding comes in.
Impact in real life
Three clients with a mission.
What we don’t promise.
There’s no automatic discount here and no pro bono programme with a sign-up form. We’re an agency of two people with fixed costs, and like you, we have bills to pay. Promising every impact organisation the same benefit would be an easy thing to say, and it wouldn’t be true.
Each case gets looked at on its own merits, and we have a real conversation about it. Sometimes we find a way, sometimes we refer you to someone who’s a better fit, sometimes we tell you the timing isn’t right. Either way, you’ll know straight away, rather than after three no-strings quotes.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about working with impact organisations.
Which organisations does this apply to?
NGOs, non-profits, social enterprises, cooperatives and impact startups. We don’t work with a checklist or ask you to show a certification. Tell us what you do and why, and we’ll assess each case on its own merits.
How much cheaper are you for an impact organisation?
There’s no fixed percentage, and an agency that does quote one usually just builds it into its base rate. What we adjust depends on the scope, the urgency and what you can carry. We discuss that openly in the first conversation, before there’s a proposal on the table.
We work with grants that only come in later. Is that possible?
Yes, it’s one of the most common situations. We can spread the invoicing over the project’s duration or align it with the moments the funding arrives. Tell us upfront what the schedule looks like, and we’ll build around it from the start.
Do you take on one-off projects, or does it have to be a full engagement?
Both work. Sometimes one sharp campaign or a new visual identity is enough to get things moving, and a full engagement would be overkill at that point. We’ll be honest when the smaller job will deliver more than the big one.
What if you don’t believe in our mission?
Then we’ll say so, and we’ll either work at our normal rate or not at all. The latter rarely happens, but it’s more honest than offering an adjusted rate and starting half-heartedly. You’d notice that difference in the work.
Do you work across Belgium?
Yes. Most of our work together happens online, and we come on site for workshops, photography or strategy sessions. Most of our clients are based in Brussels and Antwerp, and we have a dedicated page for organisations in Brussels.
Our services
Everything a mission needs to be seen.
Tell us what you stand for.
An email covering what you do, where things are stuck and by when they need to change is enough to get started. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
